Colin and Brenda Grant offer a warm Scottish welcome to holiday visitors and conference delegates to our attractive, friendly and comfortable totally non-smoking home. We are small, privately owned and run by ourselves, offering twelve individually decorated bedrooms. Visit Britain Four Star guest accomodation, centrally located opposite the International Conference Centre, with a short stroll to the town centre, the bus and train stations. We are a town house with stairs to all levels. Sorry we do not have a ground floor bedroom. We have our own private car park next to the hotel, and look forward to offering you the facilities you expect, but with a homely and friendly atmosphere. Access at all times once checked in. We do not serve dinner now as there are more than seventy restaurants a five minute walk from us into town. There is a trouser press, iron and ironing board available.

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The latest check-in is 22:00. Check-in after 22:30 will not be accepted as the hotel does not have a night porter.
The hotel regrets that it cannot accommodate children under 12 years old.
All of the rooms are located on the first and second floor and are decorated to a very high standard. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with all the modern comforts and facilities you need in a restful, relaxing base. Whether you are exploring the region as a tourist or visiting the area on business, the comfortable, peaceful rooms provide a relaxing haven.
All of the rooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard, with a level of comfort and cleanliness that discerning guests expect. Guests have access to their rooms at all times, allowing them to come and go as they please.
Alvera Court has 3 single rooms. These rooms are single size; if you would prefer more space, the double rooms are available for single occupancy.
Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 08:30 weekdays, and from 08:00 to 09:00 on weekends and public holidays. We are 'deliciouslyorkshire' members, promoting local fresh produce for breakfast.
Follow Harrogate town centre signs, then conference centre signs. This will bring you on to King's Road. With the conference centre on your left hand side, travel along King's Road. After the exhibition and conference centre buildings there are traffic lights; we are opposite these. To arrive at our car park, drive past. On the right hand side is Studley Road; turn into Studley Road, and on the right hand side next to the doctors is a lane. Travel down this lane, and at the end is our car park.
